ABOUT ME

About me

My name is Hannah and my GCCF and TICA registered prefix is Hanomia British Shorthairs. I breed and exhibit British Shorthair cats specialing in Colourpointed. I occasionaly have selfs.

All of my cats are tested negative for PKD, FIV and FeLV as health comes first in my breeding programme.

I am a small breeder and I take pride in the fact that my kittens are given the best start in life I can possibly give them, a lot of time is spent with them and they are raised in my home along with my 2 children. They are handled often (all the time!) and leave my home well socialised and much loved.

My cats are primarily bred for health, type and temperament.

I am a member of the Shropshire Cat Club Committee and I attend as many shows as possible with my cats.

Awww my sweet sweet Lola. Lola was bred here at Hanomia. She is the sweetest girl and has the most beautiful temperament. She has shown well as a kitten and we are hoping she will have some show success as an adult.

Laikenslove Honey Trap - Chocolate Golden Colourpointed

Honey was bred by my lovely friend Sara at Laikenslove. She is my first golden colourpointed and has so far produced one gorgeous litter of 3 kittens. She was a fantastic mother and has the most placid and gentle nature which she passed onto her kittens.

Hanomia Matilda Wormwood - Lilac Colourpointed

Tilly is one of our young girls who has stayed in our breeding programme. We are hoping that she can come out to some shows as soon as they start back up again. We are very excited for her future.

Hanomia Dont Worry Bea Happy - Chocolate Tortie

Beatrice is the very first chocolate tortie that we have had at Hanomia! Her parents are Pearl and Dexter and we are hoping that our beautiful Beatrice might have some tortie pointed babies in the future.. fingers crossed!!

Dex - Chocolate Colourpointed

Dex is the baby of the boys at the moment. He has been imported over from Slovakia. Dexter is now a GCCF Champion.

Ralph - Golden Tipped

Ralph has come from my very close friend Sara at Laikenslove British Shorthairs. I absolutely adore this teddy bear boy! He has a fantastic temprament and just look at him!! Ralph and Dex are the best of friends which is just adorable! He carries colourpoint so hopefully . Watch this space..
